The Engler Block

The Engler block is a one level "demonstrating" mall where arts and crafts come to life right in front of your eyes. Wood carver Steve Engler, famous for his hand-carved Santas, started the tradition by carving his pieces as his customers watched. Located on Gretna Blvd. in the Branson Meadows Development, The Branson Mill Craft Village is a 60,000 square foot specialty retail shopping center and working craft village combined. It is comprised of 20,000 square feet of retail space including Mountain Man Nut and Fruit Company, The Leather Trading Company and Bandana's Bar-B-Q Restaurant. 40,000 square feet is devoted to craftsmen demonstrating their skills in glass blowing, leather carving, china painting, oil painting, stained glass, wood carving, silversmith, scrimshaw, pottery, copper colorist, etched glass, custom framing, custom sign making and much more. Branson Hills Plaza

Branson Hills Plaza, a new 141-acre development is located at the northwest corner of the U.S. Highway 65 and Bee Creek Road interchange, just off Branson Hills Parkway. Target, Home Depot, TJ Maxx and several restaurants will anchor the first phase of the development. Plans are to open in April 2006. More shops and restaurants will be added over the next four years.
